Time To Get Fit │ Running the Great North Run

Not a typical post today,But I have decided as of yesterday to begin training for the Great North Run. If you are not from Britain or the North of England for that matter you may not know what is the run. Dear 2015, Maybe we got off on the wrong foot, on the first few pages we didn't see eye to eye. I think everybody has those months when everything is just go go go! For me that has been this month, if I haven't been working I have been at uni or finishing off deadlines. Probably should be doing that right now however I need some chill time which everybody needs from time to time and I thought I would share how I manage to calm myself down after a long day. A fresh start, New beginning. Blog refresh.

So, Basically we all come to a moment in which we stop, and rethink. Lately I have been rethinking a lot.
